At Tibetan Serenity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and repair policy:

15-Day Return Policy

You may request a return for any reason within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • If a non-quality-related return is requested after 15 days, the customer will be responsible for both round-trip shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee.

30-Day Warranty

Within 30 days of delivery, if your item has a quality issue, please contact us to request a free repair or replacement. For verified quality issues, we will cover the repair costs and reshipping fees.

After 30 Days

After 30 days, we do not offer refunds for issues caused by normal wear, usage, or accidental damage. However, we can provide repair services:

  • The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
  • Repair fees (if applicable) will be determined based on the extent of damage.

How to Initiate a Return or Repair

Please email us at service@tibetanserenity.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the item. Once reviewed, we will provide the return address and next steps.
