Shipping policy

1. What is the shipping cost?

For orders under $69.99 USD, the shipping fee is $11.99 USD.

PS: During major promotions, free shipping may occasionally be offered across the entire site—stay tuned!

2. How long does shipping and delivery take?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (excluding customs delays, weekends, public holidays, and other uncontrollable factors).

• Processing time: 3–7 business days (includes consecration ceremony)
• Standard shipping time: 10–20 business days

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can then check the status on the tracking page of our website.

4. What if my package doesn't arrive?

If you haven't received your package within 30 days from the shipment date, please email us at service@tibetanserenity.com. We will either resend the package or issue a full refund.

Shipping and Tracking Process

• We are committed to providing prompt shipping and package monitoring services for hundreds of customers daily during business hours.
• Two-stage logistics process: Orders are first sent to a temple in Tibet for a consecration ceremony. After the ceremony, they are transferred to an eastern coastal city for international dispatch. Tracking numbers are only provided after this transfer.

• "Transaction cannot be processed": Contact your card issuer to authorize the transaction.
• "Transaction cannot be processed, contact Customer Care": First contact your card issuer to authorize the transaction; if it still fails, please contact our customer service.
• "Error code starting with 4" or "50000": Contact your card issuer before retrying, or try an alternative payment method.
• "50001": Contact your card issuer to authorize; if the issue persists, contact our customer service.
• "Error code starting with 6": Wait 15 minutes and try again; if it still fails, contact customer service.

• Required information: Cardholder name, card number, expiration date (month/year), 3-digit or 4-digit security code (CVV), and billing address.
• We accept the credit/debit card types displayed on the payment page.
