15-Day Return Policy: Not satisfied? You may request a return within the policy window. Items must be in original condition. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality returns.
30-Day Quality Warranty: If your item has a quality issue within 30 days, we offer a Free Repair or Replacement (we cover the shipping).
Lifetime Support: After 30 days, we continue to offer repair services (Customer covers shipping & repair fees).

Shipping
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (Total wait: approx. 13–27 business days)
Processing Time: 3–7 business days. Note: We need this time to send your item to a temple in Tibet for a special Consecration Ceremony.
Shipping Time: 10–20 business days (Standard Shipping).
Shipping Cost: $15 USD for orders under $100 USD.
Our Promise: If your package doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipment, we offer a full refund or free resend.
